Raymond started at Vedant Health over thirty years ago with a passion for promoting quality. As an innovator, he believes in the power of technology to catch and correct errors and help people. “The best part of my job is having the ability to meet the people we help,” said Raymond.
Raymond’s duties are split between managing the day-to-day company activities and designing additional TestStream functionality. Though he heads operations, you’ll often hear his voice over the phone answering customer calls. It’s part of his dedication to delivering quality solutions to his customers. This dedication was inspired from his youth.
“You could say that I have been in healthcare all of my life as playing rugby was a large part of growing up and I spent more time in the emergency rooms than I did at school!”
Raymond is originally from Pontefract, England. He lived in Colorado for 20 years before heading out to Southern California in 2015, and then onwards to Florida, and confesses, “my ideal location would be the sight of the Rocky Mountains at the beach.” When not working, – “for those two hours a day” – Raymond enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife.

Lori has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Graduating with a degree in Medical Technology from Auburn University, she began her career at a large teaching hospital in Atlanta, GA. Lori was responsible for training all of the blood bank users on this new platform and fell in love with the IT side of the hospital. She has worked with over 50 clients during her career and loves the continued learning that her job has provided her.
“My favorite part of my job has been meeting and working with so many wonderful people over the years. A new computer system can be intimidating and I enjoy making that process less complicated so that you can focus on what is most important: the patients.” said Lori.
