The Vedant Health Remote Support system allows one of our services team members to remotely access your computer, with your permission, in order to provide one-on-one help.
This system allows you to accept a request for the team member to remotely view, and optionally control, your desktop. This safe and secure system saves time in providing help. First, click on the link below and this will download a small program. You can then execute that program — no installation or administrative privileges are required.
When the request program is running, provide the services team member with ‘Your ID’ and ‘PIN’ (highlighted above) and they will then be able to connect. Note that the PIN changes each time, so the request is for a single session.
